RECOURSE:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the service you received from a Certified Commercial Finance Manager you can now do something about it.

Now you can register a formal complaint. All complaints will be investigated and those investigations that result in a finding of improper conduct will be recorded in the member’s public profile. Depending on the nature of the compliant, suitable actions by the CCFM Association will be taken, including up to dismissal of the member from the Association.
